Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical Methods for Intact Glycopeptides

Abstract

This chapter presents an overview of mass spectrometry (MS)-based qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, for intact glycopeptides, that are major drivers and greatly facilitating the analysis of intact glycopeptides. Software tools are also key roles in promoting the intact glycopeptide identification, which are described in Chapter 5.
