Abstract

As an important national infrastructure, the power grid is one of the primary targets in cyber warfare. It is extremely urgent to build information system cyber security range test system for power industry. This paper has a top-level design for cyber security range test system which covers the entire process of production and management in power industry, and provides an approximate real production environment. The platform provides support for researching of network security technology and offensive and defensive means, and it also provides a credible, controllable, and operational experimental environment for assessing the security of important power information systems.
