The suggested method compared with the conventional type shows that a considerable improvements in effective power factor, minimizing harmonics and power distortion. Abstract

Power system and its installation utility suffer from harmonic pollution due to the nature of non-linear load applications. The most reliable and significant approach, in order to contribute to minimize the harmonic pollution, is to treat each type of load autonomously.
