Numerical modelling as well as quantity and quality analysis for temperature stratification over time and soli depth have been made on the basis of the algorithm developed. Abstract

Based on the modified solution of Stefan task for phase transition in a soil prototype in the form of half-space, an algorithm of calculating temperature distribution over time and soil depth, proposed by the authors, is substantiated.
