In the process, game-based teaching is widely welcomed by primary and secondary school teachers and students for its efficient and interesting characteristics. Therefore, distance game-based learning strategy design has gradually attracted the attention of researchers. This paper adopts the literature research method, on the basis of discussing the relevant theories of psychology and pedagogy, deeply analyzes four significant theories: the generative learning theory, multimedia learning cognitive theory, PASS theory of intelligence and ARCS motivation model theory.
