Abstract

The switched observer design for linear switched systems have been studied in the literatures [1] and [2]. Recently, stabilization problems for both continuous-time and discrete-time switched linear systems under arbitrary switching via reduced-order switched observers were studied by the present authors[3]. The objective of this paper is to investigate stabilization problem for continuous-time switched linear systems with constant input under arbitrary switching via reduced order switched observers. The main result guarantees the socalled separation theorem in the sense that a feedback gain for stabilization and an observer gain can be designed separately.
