Abstract
The paper presents a set of equipment for delivering geophysical instruments to a given point developed for geophysical research and exploration in horizontal sections of openhole directional wells. The delivery device is a controlled electromechanical device delivered into the well via a cable together with geophysical instruments and providing movement along a horizontal section with a given speed to a predetermined position. An integral part of an electromechanical device is a modular object-oriented rectifier drive that provides high reliability and specified motion parameters. One of the most important requirements for delivery devices is the reliability of the system. To improve the reliability, it is proposed to use the system of hot backup of the main units, namely: valve engines of the DBM series operating on one shaft and two power transistor converters.
