The goal is achieved by theoretical analysis of the main educational documents, dynamics of the development of educational environment during the implementation of the project and the views of the project participants. The research results are based on the data obtained through theoretical analysis and surveys. Аbstract. The аrticle is devotеd tо thе issuе of linguistic education in Russia and in the Arkhangelsk region, in particular.
