Abstract

Aiming at the problems of the integration of ecotype supply chain platform, such as the uneven ability of suppliers, and the increasingly diversified market demand makes the platform cost difficult to reduce, etc., by positioning customer order decoupling point (CODP), considering the characteristics of ecotype supply chain with multiple orders, logistics services and manufacturing and production, a double objective and multiple decoupling point is constructed, which aims at the lowest total cost and the highest customer value positioning model, balancing cost and personalized demand, providing better customized rate decision-making scheme, and using the data provided by platform A, improving genetic algorithm, to verify the model solution. 多解耦点优化模型及其在生态型供应链平台中的应用——以供应链平台为例
针对生态型供应链平台集成中存在的供应商能力参差不齐、市场需求日益多样化导致平台成本难以降低等问题,通过定位客户订单解耦点(CODP),考虑生态型供应链多订单、物流服务和制造生产的特点,构建了双目标、多解耦点;以总成本最低、客户价值最高为目标的定位模型,平衡成本与个性化需求,提供更好的定制费率决策方案,并利用A平台提供的数据,改进遗传算法,对模型解进行验证。求解了客户价值偏好和成本偏好决策下平台运营商的定制率和订货量问题。结果表明,多解耦点定位模型可以为不同偏好的平台运营商提供决策方案,降低生态供应链成本,提高客户满意度。
