Um olhar avaliativo sobre os comitês gestores intersetoriais municipais do Programa Criança Feliz

Abstract

This article consists of a narrative about a process of identifying good practices in the implementation of the Intersectoral Municipal Management Committees of the Happy Child Program in ten Brazilian municipalities. Based on evaluative approaches, the experience reported covered: the definition of criteria and standards in a participatory manner with the institutions involved in the project, the selection of municipalities, the formulation and implementation of instruments for data collection, including the conduction of online interviews and focus groups, resulting in a guide and videos for sharing practices. In addition, lessons from the process and a list of criteria and rubrics are presented as an appendix.
