Abstract

Here, we show a design and fabrication of all-dielectric metalens array to achieve the state of polarization and the phase gradient detection operating at 1550 nm in transmission mode. Furthermore, we demonstrate detections of a radially polarized beam, an azimuthally polarized beam and a vortex beam.
