Abstract

The article describes the process of institutionalizing the theoretical trend of “organizational behaviour” (OB) in Argentina and the Russian Federation. Using the generally accepted selection of indicators characterizing it, a comparison of the attributes is carried out in relation to the two countries under review against the background of the "western model" (USA and Japan).
