Abstract

Aiming at the problem of on-line measurement of the flow of oil, gas and water multiphase flow in the production process of oil and gas wells, a set of real-time flow monitoring system based on STM32 and Lora was designed. 基于STM32和Lora的在线交通监控系统设计
针对油气井生产过程中油、气、水多相流流量的在线测量问题,设计了一套基于STM32和Lora的实时流量监测系统。实现了对油气井生产过程中流量、温度、压力的实时监测和远程控制。本系统选用STM32F103ZET6作为主控芯片,通过串行通信与流量、温度、压力等传感器采集模块连接,形成数据采集平台。采用Lora无线通信技术,将实时测量数据传输到上位机,再传输到云服务器。通过搭建的系统实验平台,验证了该系统具有功耗低、实时性强、成本低、可靠性强等优点。对油田优化生产、实现智能完井具有重要的生产指导意义和价值。
