It has been a significant issue the human resources of enterprises need to take into consideration that how to appraise the intern on a reasonable and accurate basis thus to provide a reference on employment and recruitment. This article is a case study of the logistics management undergraduate of Wuhan Technology and Business University who took their internships in a logistics company, taking interviewing method to research the existing problems in performance appraisal system of the enterprises’ internships and providing suggestions and solutions to make improvement with a combination of the theories related to the performance management.
