PUNK ROCK NA AMAZÔNIA: ELEMENTOS INTERCULTURAIS NAS CANÇÕES DA BANDA ATO ABUSIVO

Abstract

This article presents a study of some songs by the punk rock band Ato Abusivo, to punctuate elements of interculturality. According to Nettl, the social, cultural and identity context of songs is observed, and Béhague, the process of composition that considers psychological, physiological and sociocultural elements. There were semi-structured interviews with musician punks, access to audios and personal material of the band. It was observed that elements of hybridization (García Canclini) are presented in the songs studied, in order to affirm the interculturality in the band's work.
