The traditional magneto-electric dipole antenna cannot be used in this phased array due to its high profile. To solve this problem, the phased array consists of 2 × 4 magnetoelectric dipole elements is presented, which is realized by only using double-layer substrate with low profile of 0.08λ0 (@26 GHz). Abstract
