Abstract

This paper presents a review of the guidelines set by different rating systems around the world, to deal with historic buildings. it addresses the many aspects of rating tools and weighing of credits criteria in order to better understand the mutual relationship between the existing situation and the goal to reach. first, the particular cosiderations of rating systems are reviewed. Finally, all aspects are combined into a table that contains a full list of rating tools categories that could be implemented on historic buildings, with high performance.
