On the Restorative Justice

Abstract

Firstly, this article lays emphasis on the discussion of content, system foundation and history of Restorative Justice. Secondly, it explores the advantages and disadvantages of Restorative Justice. Thirdly, on the basis of the discussion of barriers and favorable condition, this article debates the formation of Restorative Justice in China.
