For this reason, data of 388 financial institutions employees were obtained by the online survey. Data were analyzed by calculating the statistical values. Although the results of the analysis show that the employees feel the fear of Covid-19 significantly, the fear of virus infecting their loved ones shows the highest level of fear. The study findings show that the perceived benefit of individuals due to teleworking is not very high. Abstract
