The proposed BCI has been developed based on “knowledge-based” approach to planning and conducting many factors in real data come from more than 5000 schools and 72 District School Boards (DSBs). This knowledge was used to build a rule base system which help to estimate the training data for a Feed-Forward Neural Network (FFNN).
