ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN ASSEMBLING BERKAS REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT X TAHUN 2022

Abstract

- Assembling is the collection and preparation of a file of records regarding patient identity, treatment, examination results and other actions and services that have been given to these patients. the assembling process must be in accordance with the order in which it is prepared or the SOP set by the hospital so that it does not result in delays in returning medical record documents, the sequence of medical record forms being irregular, and the contents of medical record documents not meeting existing standards. The assembling section will receive medical record files from the service unit. After arriving at the assembling unit, the medical record file will be sorted, evaluated and returned to the room concerned. If it is not complete, an incomplete medical record document will use a control card to control it. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of assembling inpatient medical record files at X Hospital, Batam. This type of research was descriptive by observing the assembling activities of medical record files. The data were obtained from interviews with assembling medical record officers.
