Abstract

The application and development of BIT technique in aircraft embedded diagnosis and PHM(Prognostic and Health Management)design are analyzed. For the purposes of Power-on BIT (POBIT) detection-threshold determination and detection capability analysis, a simulation method for POBIT fault detection based on Stateflow is presented.
