Calculation of carrying capacity of telephone call centers

Abstract

For planning and in the period of exploitation of center of maintenance of calls it is necessary to define the type of routing of calls and carrying capacity. Therefore actual there are tasks of development of model and methods of calculation of carrying capacity to date, which are considered in this article.
