They are teaching form factor (22.460%), teaching content factor (20.853%), teaching attitude factor (18.401%) and classroom assessment factor (15.159%).Then, through the demographic difference test, it also analyzes the significant difference between gender and grade on the influencing factors. 通识教育视角下基于因子分析理论的工科学生课堂满意度影响因素研究
通识教育注重复合型、创新型人才的培养。其目的是培养人的全面发展。随着科学技术的发展,社会对人才的需求从专业型向复合型综合人才转变。因此,理工科专业大力实施通识教育,培养适合经济发展的复合型人才就显得尤为重要。本文从通识教育的角度出发,基于因子分析理论,选取501名工科学生作为研究对象,对学生课堂满意度的影响因素进行研究。采用主成分提取法对提出的16个变量进行降维,得到4个共同因素,并根据方差贡献率对影响课堂满意度的4个主要因素进行归纳。分别是教学形式因素(22.460%)、教学内容因素(20.853%)、教学态度因素(18.401%)和课堂评价因素(15.159%)。然后,通过人口统计学差异检验,分析了性别和年级在影响因素上的显著性差异。基于此,提出教师应注重个人魅力,更加注重学生的需求和感受,以提高课堂教学质量,提高工科学生的课堂教学满意度。
