Abstract

Under the background of realizing the goal of "double carbon" and large-scale access of new energy, the allocation of energy storage on the new energy side is imperative, and the allocation problem of energy storage in the power system is becoming more and more prominent. 在实现“双碳”目标和新能源大规模接入的背景下,新能源侧储能配置势在必行,电力系统储能配置问题日益突出。为了合理配置储能,本文以电网安全稳定运行和可再生能源发展为需求目标,提出了统一调度控制的电网储能配置分析方法和流程,选取北京电网分析2023年储能配置需求、常规发电机组启动时间和新能源利用率。通过对不同方案的经济性进行比较分析,得出最优配置方案,从而为电力系统储能配置的分析计算提供参考和支持。
