Tutoring program based on ICT

Abstract

The article evaluates the benefits of a tutoring program for English pedagogy students using an online platform, instant messaging services, and regular follow-up meetings with peer tutors. The main benefits of the program are presented, highlighting the academic aspects and the psychological support for the new students.
