The hand lay up method is used in the manufacture of composites by applying resin to the mold with a roller brush. The compression and tensile tests were carried out using the Gotech Testing Machine (GT 7001 LC 30). Abstract

AbstractThis study uses a quantitative experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 treatments and 3 replications. 摘要本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD), 2个处理,3个重复的定量实验方法。按照SNI 03-3958-1995的压缩试验标准和ASTM D3039的拉伸试验标准制备棕榈纤维复合材料。手铺法是用辊刷把树脂涂在模具上制造复合材料的方法。压缩和拉伸试验使用Gotech试验机(GT 7001 LC 30)进行。棕榈纤维复合材料的抗压试验结果为909.19 Mpa,抗拉试验结果为10.82 Mpa,根据试验结果,与BKI(印尼船级局)标准进行了比较,可知该纤维复合材料的抗压强度只能达到BKI规定的最低标准100 Mpa,而抗拉强度的数值还不能达到BKI规定的最低标准150 Mpa。关键词:玻璃纤维,棕榈纤维复合材料。压缩试验
