Promotion of Amylase Productions from Aspergillus Oryzae Spores Exposed to Oxygen Radicals

Abstract

Recently, renewable energies become more important in realizing a low recycling society. Among them, bioethanol is drawing attention as an alternative to fossil fuels. The improvement of production rates of enzymes is expected to reduce the cost of them used in the saccharification process.
