Abstract

The study aimed to know the impact of customer relationship management on the trends of tourists towards domestic tourism in Algeria in light of the Corona pandemic, and to clarify this, a form was designed and distributed to a sample of local tourists dealing with tourism agencies consisting of 200 tourists, then the data was analyzed and hypotheses tested using the SPSS V20 program, and the study concluded that there is a significant effect of customer relationship management on the trends of tourists towards domestic tourism in Algeria in light of the Corona pandemic
