The required data for the present study was collected through survey method and used instrument which was developed by Denison (Denison Organizational Culture Survey). 120 respondents were selected for the study and an online survey website ‘survey planet’ was used to collect data from the respondents. An electronic link of survey was sent to all respondents. The response rate of respondents was recorded 58 percent. Data was analyzed with a simple mean and percentage method.
