BIM是Building Information Modeling的缩写,是指在建筑项目全生命周期内创建和维护建筑产品数字化信息及其工程应用的技术。它具有可视化、仿真、协调、绘图和优化五个特点。所有工科专业的教学和实践都是独立的,容易形成信息孤岛。根据新工程建设的要求,基于BIM的工程多专业协同新工程产业教育一体化人才培养模式的升级转型已提上日程。构建天津大学仁爱学院多专业协同的BIM新型工程实践教育平台——智能建筑创新学院,形成“433”BIM新型工程实践教育模式,改变简单的验证性实践教学形式,解决实践教学与理论联系不紧密的问题,与理论教学形成良性的“互动机制”,提高应用型人才培养质量。
