Sistem jarak jauh tersebut juga sangat membutuhkan adanya media pembelajaran dan peneliti menganggap media berbasis video adalah yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media video pembelajaran bahasa Arab maharah istima kelas dua MTs dan mendeskripsikan tingkat kelayakannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dari validasi tim ahli serta uji pengguna terbatas. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan angket lembar uji validasi. Media pem-belajaran disusun berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Agama (KMA) Nomor 183 Tahun 2019 dan re-ferensi internet, yang diedit menggunakan aplikasi VlogNow (VN) dan diunggah melalui YouTube. Tampilan video hanya berupa gambar yang disertai suara dengan meminimalisasi tulisan guna melatih kemampuan maharah istima. Media ini meliputi tiga tema, yaitu As-Sa’ah, Yaumiyyatuna, dan Al-Hiwayah. Pada tiap media video berisi sajian kosakata, contoh kalimat, tindak tutur, dan latihan soal sesuai tema. Produk video divalidasi oleh ahli media, materi, dan pengguna terbatas dengan hasil persentase total 85,53 persen. Persentase tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media video pembelajaran bahasa Arab maharah istima sangat valid dan dapat digunakan untuk siswa kelas dua MTs Negeri 2 Malang.\nKata kunci: video pembelajaran; aplikasi VlogNow (VN); istima\nDevelopment of Video with The VlogNow Application as Learning Media Maharah Istima for 2nd Grade Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah\nImpact of the COVID-19 pandemic, learning activities have changed from face-to-face to remote. The purpose of this research is to develop video media for learning Arabic maharah istima for second grade MTs and describe the level of feasibility. The method used is research and development (R&D) with ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Eva-luation). The data collected includes quantitative and qualitative, from expert team validation and limited users. The data collection instrument used interview guidelines and validation sheet ques-tionnaires. The learning media prepared based on Keputusan Menteri Agama (KMA) Number 183 of 2019 and internet, which are edited using VlogNow (VN) application and uploaded via YouTube. The video display is only of images accompanied by sound by minimizing writing to train maharah istima abilities. This media includes 3 themes, As-Sa'ah, Yaumiyyatuna, and Al-Hiwayah. Each video media contains vocabulary presentations, sample sentences, speech acts, and practice questions according to the theme. Video products are validated by media, material, and limited users with a total percentage of 85.53 percent.
