Abstract

Batteries testing and maintenance are important tasks to ensure the normal operation of the energy storage system. Traditional testing power supplies mostly use a unidirectional energy-consumption structure, which leads to the slow charging-discharging test speed and low efficiency. This article proposes a dual active bridge (DAB) as the basic module of the input series and output parallel (ISOP) DC converter being a part of the testing power supply, which improves the charging and discharging rate.
