This paper describes Parking Guidance and Information System (PGIS) based on intelligent mobile phone terminal. First, the structure of PGIS is established. Secondly, the strategy of PGIS is described in detail. Thirdly, the key technology of PGIS is discussed. At last, the overall framework of mobile phone client preliminary is designed.
