The target machine is a powerful multiprc.cessor, present ly six Motoro la 68010 CPU's with 8 M b y t e of shared m e m o r y Future models will use m i c r o V A X CPU's . The machine is intended as a works ta t ion to coopera te with other such machines_ on a local-area ne twork .
