Abstract

This research is based on several teachers qualification which are not in accordance with the  rules of human being prepared to become a teacher.. This study focused in the influence of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on teachers’ performance partially and simultaneously. 三宝垄天巴垄伊斯兰小学教师精神智力效应与情绪智力对教师绩效的影响分析
本研究是基于几位教师资格不符合人类规则准备成为一名教师。本研究主要考察了精神智力和情绪智力对教师绩效的影响。因此,本研究旨在分析和解释两个智力变量对三宝垄天巴郎伊斯兰学校教师绩效的部分和同时影响。本研究方法采用定量分析。样本数量为87人,因此数据收集采用全抽样技术。数据收集采用问卷调查法,数据采用多元回归分析进行检验。结果显示,三宝垄天巴垄伊斯兰小学教师的精神智力、情绪智力和精神智力对教师的绩效有显著的正向影响。然而,本研究的局限性在于时间和资金的限制
