Abstract

Based on virtual distributed processing unit (DPU) technology of distributed control system (DCS), a supervisory control system for commercial electric vehicle charging station was designed and exploited. The real time data exchange between charger and virtual DPU of supervisory control system was realized with CAN bus. Virtual DPU configuration function was used to exploit the control logic and monitoring interface. History data was reliably stored utilizing DCS platform.
