Indonesian populace demands animal protein high enough to fulfill nutrition, one of the most sought-after sources of protein comes from beef. Due to high market needs, some traders are defrauding to get higher profits. This has caused discomfort for most beef consumers because people generally rely on the ability of vision to find out the quality of meat.
