Abstract
Ensemble methods have been known to improve the quality of clusters/biclusters. We present in this paper an ensemble method for the biclustering problem using optimisation techniques. Extensive experiments performed on synthetic datasets and gene expression data have shown that the proposed method provides superior biclusters than the existing biclustering solutions most of the times.
