KEY ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT SMART INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The current period of development of the world economy has clear signs of global turbulence, which can radically transform the world. Smart industry integrates achievements in the field of physical devices with achievements in ICT sector, result of this interaction is formation of cyberphysical production systems cooperation intelligent networks of physical components and computer algorithms. Influenced by development of information technology, productivity is rapidly increasing, while intellectual capabilities that are reflected in related products are expanding. This is all being generated in a new era of IT competition. Technologies are changing not only the value chain of products and services, but also strategic decisions of participant’s production and innovative business processes. The result is synergy and / or emergent properties of economic system [1]. Directions of development Ukrainian industry accordance with the principles of "smart" are determined, firstly, by its current state, which depends on the trajectory of past development (the concept of "path dependence"); second, its readiness to move a smart digital future. Ukraine, since the mid-90s of the twentieth century, no more industrial state, industrial output per capita Ukraine lags far behind the average world level and the gap rapidly increase (fig.1). All this, in turn, effects on the readiness of its industry for a reasonable future [2].
