Abstract
In order to diagnose the mechanical fault of high voltage disconnector, the output torque and spindle speed of the operating shaft during the switching process were measured in real time, respectively based on wireless transmission and measuring technique. The output torque signals in mechanical fault condition of the disconnector were analyzed, including the case of jammed transmission mechanism, balance spring failure and incompletely switch - on. The clamping stagnation diagnosis process was proposed. The results indicate that the torque waveform of the operating mechanism may distort when mechanical faults occur on the disconnector, the peak value will increase, and the peak time will shift. Through the simulation calculation and field test proving the study of disconnector switch mechanical breakdown to curve influence, a set of expert diagnosis system is designed for carrying out expert judgment objectively and accurately in order to determine the abnormal position. This method is of general applicability and can effectively detect mechanical faults of disconnector, so as to improve the operational reliability of power equipment.
