Abstract

This paper presents a combination between exponential sliding mode and droop control to enhance the active and reactive power sharing between two parallel inverters in micro-grid mode. The suggested control scheme consists of an inner control loop based on exponential sliding mode and outer control loop based on droop control. Furthermore, the developed method works toward overcoming the stability and robustness issues in the conventional PI- Droop controller.
