ASSERTIVENESS: THE PROBLEM OF DEFINING THE CONCEPT

Abstract

This article discusses the reasons for the emergence of various definitions of the concept of "assertiveness". The author notes the importance of rethinking the definition, which appears based on the multiplicity of different approaches. The analysis reveals the variety of definitions of assertiveness in the domestic and foreign scientific literature, which were proposed in the XX century.
