Abstract

UHV transformer is an important device in power system. Transformer explosions happen frequently, and most of them will cause fire, which will cause serious economic loss and casualty risk. There is no relative authoritative engineering solution to transformer explosion accident. Aiming at this problem, this paper puts forward the idea of anti-explosion and pressure relief balanced design of UHV transformer, and gives the design scheme of pressure relief device which supports the balanced design. In the numerical simulation, the common explosion condition is considered and the structural responses of transformer box is obtained. According to the responses, the layout suggestion of the pressure relief device is given, and the design scheme of the device is improved.
特高压变压器防爆平衡设计理念及泄压装置设计方案
