Abstract

In order to achieve an intelligent storage and retrieval system for any bin in a three-dimensional warehouse, a 4-layer * 4-column intelligent warehouse control system was designed using an intelligent storage and retrieval method, a touch screen as the monitoring operation interface, Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the control core, and industrial robots as the execution unit. Realize intelligent control of robots and achieve the goal of combining engineering and learning to cultivate talents. The intelligent control system has good flexibility and scalability.
