A Study on the Life of Mid-sized Naval Noncommissioned Officers Using Q Methodology

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to classify the perception of life as a navy based on the subjective perception of a non-commissioned officer, a mid-level officer, and to examine its characteristics. In this study, Q sample statements were selected from a total of 40 Q sample statements through interviews and literature surveys of mid - sized naval officers. As a result of the analysis using the QUANL program, it was found that type 1 was the internal conflict type according to the role subtitle
