Findings of this research suggest that TPS could improve students’ speaking confidence proven by the increasing number of confident students from Cycle 1 (26.6%), Cycle 2 (46.6%) and Cycle 3 (66.6%). Findings from the selfesteem questionnaire also reveal that students show positive responses. Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Think Pair Share (TPS) strategy in improving students’ speaking confidence.
