Abstract

Aiming at the widely used digital production line and facing the digital twinning technology, this paper proposes a real-time monitoring and diagnosis method of the transmission chain status of the production line based on the digital twinning. 数字孪生生产线输送链实时监测与诊断方法
针对目前广泛应用的数字化生产线,面对数字孪生技术,提出了一种基于数字孪生的生产线传动链状态实时监控与诊断方法。首先对输送链的失效及失效机理进行了研究,然后根据失效机理提出了一种实时数据监测方法。在此基础上,构建了面向数字孪生模型的数据处理与分析模型。然后,在模型中引入人工智能算法,提高孪生模型独立判断输送链故障和失效的能力。最后,通过实验验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。故障诊断准确率达到98.02%。
