Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide accurate and fast models to design and simulate complex switched current (SI) circuits. SI circuits can be manufactured using deep submicron CMOS technology, hence they are suitable for mixed analog-digital systems. As a mixed signal design, it makes them very difficult to simulate.
