Abstract
In order to reduce video network transmission delay, congestion and packet loss rate, the authors propose an algorithm of video network transmission based on unbalanced multiple description coding. Based on the detection of network link available bandwidth, we predict congestion state of the network link according to Markov model, then adjust video transmission path.
